If you’re working in or thinking of a career in Post Production or VFX Management- Post Coordination, Post Supervision, VFX Supervision or Post Producing- then this is the panel for you. We are drawing together speakers that can represent the range of career options in Supervision, to talk about how they got to where they are right now, where they are going, and how they work on a day to day basis. 

Not a workflow conversation at all, this talk is put together to describe the types of roles, communication and relationships you need to be building in order to get ahead, get the jobs you want, and build a career. We’ll cover a diverse range of topics including how to best approach the work, how to build clients that bring you back for repeat business, how to deal with producers, network and studio execs, and how to ensure that you’re delivering every time.
